What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. There is a 3% processing fee added to credit card payments.
What stores do you deliver from?
We shop and deliver from IKEA Elizabeth, NJ store, IKEA Brooklyn, NY and any major store in NYC and surroundings
How do I pay for items you are shopping for me?
If the items aren’t more $500, you will pay upon delivery and if item are more than $500 you can transfer the money to us through Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer 2 hours before the scheduled delivery. And/or you can call or make an online order and pay and put our names on the pickup list if that store accepts pickups.
Do you shop around any other stores?
We can shop from Casco, Jetro, BestBuy, Barns and Nobles home depot, Lowes, pc Richard, whole food, local stores and emergency shopping.

How do I create shopping list for other store?
Visit the store website/call (if they have one), select items you would like and add to your cart and check out, and add our name for the pickup if they accept store pick up.
How about if the store doesn’t do online purchase and pick up (meaning they only deliver online purchases themselves)?
You can email your shopping list and we will do the shopping and deliver for you

How can I give you my shopping list?

Can I request a specific date and time for assembly?
Yes. We offer flexible options for delivery. You can book date and time on our website.
 How quickly can an assembly or installation be scheduled?
We strive for same and next day delivery, but it is always a good idea to order at least 2-3 days before you absolutely need the items delivered. Note there is high chances that ikea delivery guys will miss some of your items or won’t deliver on the time and/or day promised. But you can also book us for delivery and assembly at the same time. You can always book after you confirmed that all items are delivered also by third party.
Will I be contact prior to arriving?
Yes. We will keep you updated on the progress on your delivery/assembly date and will call you before arriving.
What if some items are out of stock on the shopping day?
This happens from time to time. We will call you for an alternative item.
How long will it take to assemble my item(s)?
Depending on the item complexity it could take anywhere from 20 minutes to two hours per piece. For larger jobs we work 2 or more providers to speed up the process.
Do you provide ladder for mounting tasks?
Yes, but it would be better if you have one
do you provide materials and equipment for mounting and installation?
Yes, but you must provide your own items, or we can do the shopping for you after sending us the shopping list.
Do you mount all types of wall?
Yes, drywall. Sheetrock, brick wall, and concrete wall.
you do return and exchange?
Yes, with our delivery price if we did not do the shop for you. If we did the shopping and is not you fault, we will return/exchange for free but if its your fault there is 20% delivery fees applied and what ever is the store return and exchange policy.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
most of our pricing is base on an hourly rates which requires a minimum of all works less than 1 hour.

you can contact us or book us at mjuwara and there you will see all the services we provide and our availability. booking us there also help to manage our schedule( no conflict of schedule) in there. booking us there also make it solid and we will be on our way /be there regardless ,you can also contact us if you wanna cancel.

 How did you get started doing this type of work?
  I worked in construction companies of many varieties over the years, i learn different types of wall, techniques and skills and still work with our building super if I'm not  scheduled. I start working independently after I help multiple neighbors, friends and family members, then I learn I can be helpful to others as well and the same time earning a living.      What types of customers have you worked with?
