Your use of our services is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms of Service, you must not use our services.

Payments

Processing Fees

          In order to cover Visa/Mastercard transaction fees, there is a 3% processing fee added to credit card payments. There is no processing fee for cash and check payments.          

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover); Cash; Checks. We do not accept other forms of payment.

Payment Due

The payment for the goods and our services is due upon delivery or the completion of the service. We cannot leave the merchandise unless we are fully reimbursed using a valid form of payment that we accept.

Credit Card Payments

If the card is EMV-chip enabled, the transaction has to be processed using the chip. If the card is not chip enabled it has to be swiped. We cannot manually type in the card. We do not accept Card Not Present (CNP) payments such as over-the-phone payments 

online payments: we use square payment system, or invoicing for some of our online payments.

Compensable Work Delays

All the work is expected to be completed the same day unless explicitly arranged beforehand.

Additional charge will be imposed if the hiring party fails to provide the necessary conditions to finish the work in one day.

Exchange of Defective Merchandise

If any parts are damaged during  transportation, we will exchange all defective merchandise free of charge. If we deliver items which are defective due to manufacturing error, we will also exchange the defective items free of charge.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

We are insured and can provide COI for your building upon request. Your building's legal information has to be included in the COI. You have to contact your building's management and obtain the sample COI / requirement's paper and forward it to us. Our insurance broker will prepare the custom COI for your building within 2 business days. The insurance cannot be arranged the same day as the third parties are involved.

don'ts and dos

We can only pick up and deliver items, which is the most common acceptable package/packages. We do not work with or deliver, pick ups of illegal, prohibited package/packages. We do not transport animals.

Package delivery   

Same day and next day delivery are available and you can book any time slots as long as is not booked.

• Up to 5 boxes/package and not more than 30 pounds each $35
• Up to 10 boxes/package and not more than 30 pounds each $70
• Up to 15 boxes/package and not more than 30 pounds each $100
• Every additional stop in the same borough is $10 and $15 between inter borough

package weight

• No package shouldn’t exceed 50pounds and any package that exceeds 70 pounds $5-7 extra is apply.

delivery window

• there is 1-2 hours delivery window from pick up to drop off

re delivery

• If you are not at the pick-up address at the time of pick or you are late for 30 minutes it will be mark as NO SHOW UP of the hiring party. 
• $20 or more will be apply if the hiring party ask us to wait .
• Note: waiting will not exceed 50min.

cancellation

• there is cancellation fees of $25 on all same day delivery and full payment or no refund of task starting less than 2 hours of the start time.
• You can cancel or notify/contact us to cancel after 30 minutes if we don’t show up at the agreed time of the pick-up. 
• task cannot be cancel when the package/packages are picked up and even if its cancel the full payment still stands

Miss delivery

• We can only wait for 15 minutes for delivery window if no one to receive the package/packages or the package/packages can not be left unattended at drop off location.

Re delivery of miss delivery

• If a subsequent visit is required due to the hiring party failing to provide the necessary conditions to finish the delivery in one day, there will be $35minimum charge and this may include long distance fees, and storage fees
• If we miss you at the place of drop off and waited for 15 minutes, you will be charged re-delivery fees of $20.

These apply to all residentials and businesses and for all people and works of life.

New York city and surroundings, new jersey and long island

 shopping

• Shopping is $25(not more than one hour of shopping) and delivery fees.
• In order to avoid any possible discrepancies in article numbers, quantity, color or size of  merchandise and to make sure we have the correct and up-to-date shopping list at the time of shopping at the store, you have to provide your complete updated shopping list as one file when you make changes to your shopping list.
• You can revise and update your shopping list freely at any time before the cut-off time. cut off time before items are paid

       note: any additional tv from 65"--19" is $50 and any additional tv 75" up is $75

A/C -$60 and any additional ac is $35  note a/c with 12000 btu only   and any A/C more than 12000 btu is $120

ceiling fan -$75 up to two fan note: we don't run wires behind walls except for TV's wires, but we can run wires along the walls

lights fixture $60 any additional light fixtures is $30

miscellaneous mounting and installation $50 hour (eg curtain rods, appliances, shelves, etc.)

furniture delivery pricing

       small (up to $700, upto 10 items) $ 99

       average ((up to $1350, upto 20 items) $150

       large ((up to $2100, upto 30 items) $180

       larger orders                                     $200

furniture assembly pricing

      $45/hr. minimum payment for any assembly less than 1 hour

      additional/subsequent hours $35/hr.

• hours 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10....multiply by $45

Home depot term of services

You agree that you will not hold us responsible of home depot mistakes of wrong orders or item/s be given to us.

You agree that we are just your messenger to pick up your item/s on your behalf and delivered to the address given to us.

You agree that all payment of home depot pick and delivery are final, except otherwise we were notified not to proceed with the task 2 hours before start time.

You agree that in the event of mistake on your part or wrong order by you after we delivered you item/s $20 fee is incur on any returns.

You agree that any item you want us to return to home depot will be subjected to their return or exchange policy.

note this is two people working as team

       moving help

1 room{ bed, mattress, bed box/slots, chest/dresser, 2 night stands, 2 lambs, and boxes/bags} $120 is required for the van rental and $120/hour for two people.

de-assembly and assembly

dismount and mounting and installation (tv, curtain rods, and cabinets)

staircase/walk up {2-3 walk up 140/hour, 4-5 walk up $160/hour)

5miles up $1.99/mile

Note: in order to bring right van/truck for more than one room moving  help, please cantact us after booking and we can  only accept next day for large/1 apartment  moving help .      truck/van is required to be rent $200 and $120/hour for two people moving help. staircase/walk up {2-3 floor walk up 140/hour, 4-5 floor walk up $160/hour).
